PauTeCom Terms and Conditions for Sales

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of both physical tech devices and digital products (including software, ebooks, courses, graphics, and other downloadable content) through PauTeCom (“Platform”). By purchasing any product on PauTeCom, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products and Availability

PauTeCom offers a variety of physical tech devices and digital products from PauTeCom itself and from external developers (“Sellers”). PauTeCom does not guarantee the availability of any specific product. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Order Process

• To purchase a product, you must create an account on PauTeCom and provide accurate information.
• You will be able to review and confirm your order details, including product type (physical or digital), before completing your purchase.
• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with either download instructions for digital products or shipping information for physical products.

3. Payment

• PauTeCom accepts various payment methods as displayed at checkout.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase.
• You are responsible for all taxes and other charges associated with your purchase.

4. Delivery

• Physical Products: Physical products will be shipped to the address you provide during checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
• Digital Products: Digital products are delivered electronically via download link or access instructions provided in the confirmation email.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary hardware and software to access and use the digital product (applicable to digital products only).

5. License Grant (Digital Products Only)

• When you purchase a digital product, PauTeCom or the Seller grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal or business use (as specified in the product description).
• You may not distribute, copy, modify, or resell the digital product without written permission from PauTeCom or the Seller.

6. Ownership

• PauTeCom or the Seller retains ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with the product (both physical and digital).
• You do not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing a product.

7. Return and Refund Policy

• Physical Products: You may return a physical product within [7] days of receipt for a full refund, provided the product is in its original packaging and unused condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for malfunctioning products or if the product significantly differs from the description.

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

• These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by you or PauTeCom.
• PauTeCom may terminate these Terms at any time for any reason, with or without notice.

14. Entire Agreement

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PauTeCom regarding the sale of products (both physical and digital).

Software Customization

PauTeCom software products may be customized with the buyer’s personal or company details upon request. However, PauTeCom branding will still be included within the software product.
