Important Information Before Submitting a Tool

We do not run off-site promotions or paid social campaigns. All promotion happens inside PauTeCom: article pages, category listings, recent posts, related/recommended posts, featured homepage slots, and our product/review tools.

These policies and guidelines outline the requirements for featuring or listing your tool on our platform. Please read carefully before submitting.

Requirements:

• Helpful and Compliant: Only helpful tools that meet our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy will be considered. Read our Privacy Policy before submitting: [Privacy Policy].
• Compliance: We reserve the right to remove your tool if it violates our policies at any time, with or without notice.

• By using BrandSpot you agree to the following core terms:

  1. Rights & Warranty: You warrant that you own or have licensed all content (text, images, media) and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

  2. License to PauTeCom: You grant PauTeCom a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute the submitted content for the duration of placement (long-term).

  3. Editorial Control: All sponsored content is subject to editorial review. PauTeCom may edit for clarity, formatting, or safety. Significant edits will be communicated.

  4. Disclosure: Sponsored/paid content will be disclosed as required by law and our transparency policy.

  5. Payment & Refunds: Fees are collected in advance. No refunds once content is published or link has been inserted, except where PauTeCom fails to publish due to non-compliance; in that case we will refund the full amount.

  6. Removal Requests: Content removal at the request of the content owner may incur a removal fee depending on circumstances.

  7. Liability: PauTeCom is not responsible for business outcomes (traffic, leads, conversions). We provide placement and visibility only.

  8. Prohibited Content: We do not accept content or links promoting adult content, gambling, illegal activity, malware, fraudulent schemes, or other content that conflicts with our editorial standards.

  9. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

  10. Amendments: PauTeCom may update policies and terms; existing placements will follow the terms in effect at booking, except where changes are required by law.

Submitting Your Tool

1. Fill Out the Form: Complete the form to submit your tool or product for consideration.
2. Featuring: Choose this option if you want your tool displayed prominently on our homepage Featured Section, suggestions, posts, and other high-visibility areas to attract more users. You can feature your tool for 7 or 14 days only. Discounts apply if you’re re-featuring a tool within the same month. Read more about featured tools on the form.
3. Listing Options: Choose this option if you want to have your tool listed on our platform. Listed tools will appear on our directory pages, user reviews, posts, and search results. Read more about listing options on the form.

Long-Term Placement — what it means

“Long-term placement” means we keep the article live on PauTeCom beyond short ad cycles — not removed automatically. This mostly applies to Listings. However, PauTeCom may remove or modify content for any of these reasons:

• The content violates our policies or becomes illegal or clearly inaccurate.

• The content owner requests removal (we may charge a removal fee in some cases).

• Links become harmful or broken and pose risk to readers.

• We change our site format, structure, or focus in a way that requires content updates or removals.

• We are required by law or an authority to remove content.

We will make reasonable effort to notify you before removal, but we cannot guarantee advance notice in all circumstances.

Payment, Timing & Delivery

• Payment is required before publication or link insertion.

• After payment and final approval, we publish your article and apply your selected placement.

• We aim to confirm pre-approval within 48 business hours; publication occurs after payment and final checks. (If you need rush handling, state that in your initial email and we’ll confirm if possible.)

Review and Processing Time

We manually review all submissions to ensure they are helpful tools. It may take 3 to 7 business days to complete the assessment and publish your tool.
