Submission Process

1. Account Registration: Writers must sign up for an account on PauTeCom. Once registered, apply to become an author through your account dashboard.

2. Application Review: PauTeCom will review your application and contact successful applicants. Ensure your profile is complete and showcases your writing experience and expertise.

3. Proposal: Submit a brief proposal outlining your topic, key points, and the intended audience. This helps us ensure the topic aligns with our content strategy.

4. Submission: Once your proposal is approved, send your completed article in a Word document to [your email address]. Include any relevant images, diagrams, or graphs that enhance the content.

5. Author Bio: Provide a short bio (50-100 words) along with a headshot. You may include one link to your personal blog or social media profile.

6. Editorial Review: Our editorial team will review your submission and may request revisions to meet our standards. We reserve the right to edit content for clarity, grammar, and formatting.

Payment Structure

1. Per Article: Writers will receive GHC2 per article submission upon acceptance and publication.

2. Performance Bonus: Writers will receive an additional GHC5 for every 1,000 views their article receives. Views will be tracked using our internal analytics tools.

3. Additional Bonuses: Committed and high-performing writers who consistently produce quality content will be eligible for additional bonuses, including recognition as a top contributor and potential monetary rewards based on performance and engagement metrics.

4. Payment Schedule: Payments will be processed monthly. Ensure you provide accurate payment information upon submission.

5. Inactivity Policy: Authors who become inactive or quit PauTeCom will no longer receive payments for views on their old articles. This policy helps us ensure active participation and ongoing contribution from our writers.

Level-Based Bonuses

WritersPub offers additional rewards based on the number of quality reviews submitted. These levels recognize and reward consistent contributors:

1. Bronze Contributor: Crosses 100 quality reviews

   • Bonus: GHC2.5 per review

2. Silver Contributor: Crosses 250 quality reviews

   • Bonus: GHC3 per review

3. Gold Contributor: Crosses 500 quality reviews

   • Bonus: GHC10 per review and GHC8 for every 1,000 views

4. Platinum Contributor: Crosses 1,000 quality reviews

   • Bonus: GHC35 per review and GHC15 for every 1,000 views

Content Restrictions

1. No Plagiarism: We have a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism. Any plagiarized content will be rejected immediately.

2. No Promotional Content: Articles should not be promotional or overly self-serving. While you may mention your expertise or experiences, the primary focus should be on providing value to our readers.

3. No Controversial Topics: Avoid topics that are overly controversial, political, or sensitive in nature. Content should be informative and constructive.

Policies and Rights

1. Policy Changes: We reserve the right to change these policies at any time. Any changes will be communicated to our writers in advance.

2. Termination: We reserve the right to stop WritersPub at any time or delete reviews that go against our policies without payment. We can terminate a writer’s account for violations of our guidelines.

3. Content Ownership: All articles submitted to and published on PauTeCom become the property of PauTeCom. Authors cannot republish the same content elsewhere without explicit permission from PauTeCom. If an author decides to quit PauTeCom, their articles will not be deleted and will remain on the platform.
